What I settled on is my iPod.
No, I'm not actually giving it away. But I am giving it up for a day. Not just one day, actually. 52 days.
Every Sunday, I'm going to give up the time I would have spent on Facebook and the Internet and I'm going to give that time to someone who needs it...my family.
This is my sabbath. Today I'm going to worship my God. Today I'm going to love on my husband. Today I'm going to cuddle my babies.
